The Last Man on Pluto (2017)

A well meaning med student drops out of school and moves to Argentina to pursue his lost love, only to find her 9 months pregnant with his child. Josh must run to save his hesitant ex before she gives birth, stuck in traffic in the middle of Buenos Aires' densest avenue.
