An independent short film commissioned by non-profit Motionpoems, Cranes, Mafiosos and a Polaroid Camera is a personal exploration and documentation of indigenous identity, based on the poem by Mojave Native American, Natalie Diaz. Helmed by a female team including the director-producer and exec-producers, the film aims to diversify the voices in storytelling.
