PART I:

A man dies in a drowning accident at the very beginning of the film.

A woman tells Frankenstein that seven men were killed in an accident. Body parts are later seen, but nothing graphic.

PART II:

A man gets his head smashed into a wall. There is quite a bit of blood shown on the wall.

A woman gets ran over by horses trying to escape The Creature.

The Creature injures ten people and kills three at a party.

The Creature is shot, but the bullet doesn't harm him.

A woman is beheaded.

The language is very mild; words like "damn" and "hell" are used a few times.

Hardly any, except for people drinking wine.

In PART II, a woman tells her husband that he is drunk, while he argues he's not.

Not very gory or violent (and by today's standards the violence will be considered "fake" looking) but the film itself is very intense psychologically.

A woman's head is pulled off from her body, which might scare some viewers.
