La isla de las cabezas (1979)

Pierre, a young foreigner, arrives on an island after having killed the woman he loved. During his travel, he meets Janko, a dwarf who succeeded to land without being found by the gang coming to wait for him, to take a mysterious merchandise he was transporting.
