No actual sex or nudity of any kind in the play itself. However, this interpretation of the play has some rather odd sexual implications.
There is the implication of incestuous feelings between Hamlet and his mother, Gertrude. This is not in Shakespeare's play, but this film version is adopting Freud's interpretation of Hamlet from the late 19th century. Hamlet is seen dragging his mother, Gertrude to the inner chamber, where he throws her on the bed. He then jerks his hips back and forth, subtly making a mockery of sex. This is odd but not overly graphic and very brief.
