A woman briefly seen washing from behind, most of her bare back seen. Quick and brief.

A sex worker is shown coming inside a camp of Vietnamese soldiers. She is shown alone in a room with a soldier, kissing him. Cleavage, but NO nudity only a bare leg is shown, and sex is clearly implied.

Rambo is dragged by a machine in mud. He is only wearing a thong.

During the interrogation scene Rambo is stripped and bound, and he sweats heavily.

Rambo grabs a bad guy from behind and stabs him violently but there is no blood shown and the actual stabbing is hidden below the camera, so you don't see the knife entering the body.

Most scenes of violence are just your basic war movie stuff ie soldiers & combatants shooting at each other during battles, firefights, ambushes etc, nothing really disturbing or extreme. Blood levels are relatively moderate despite a high body count and while you do see a few graphic close ups of bodies riddled with gunfire, this isn't the case for every death, just a handful.

Lots of soldiers are killed throughout with bullet holes being briefly seen, some of them bloody. Some blood spray is also seen.

Rambo shoots lots of vehicles and buildings with an explosive arrow.

Rambo is tortured by electrocution, he shakes and yells in pain, and a Russian cuts a scar down his eye, and Rambo winces in pain. This scene is intense but not distressing.

A person is killed by machine gun fire, and the pool of water turns partially red with blood.

Rambo shoots a soldier with an explosive arrow; the soldier is blown up with some non-bloody bits of him flying through the air like leaves. Not really graphic, and quite comical in the way it looks.

Rambo shoots several pirates with a shotgun; bloody holes briefly visible, although they are relatively undetailed.

Rambo shoots a boat and later a helicopter with an RPG.

Rambo stabs a bad guy who is trying to strangle him to death. You do see a small amount of blood drip onto Rambo's hands.

The battle scenes and the scene of the man's body exploding are mildly intense. As is the torture scene. There's also a scene where the Russian sergeant tells his bodyguard to cut out a POW's eye, but doesn't.

Rambo leads a platoon of VC soldiers into a field which he then sets on fire, trapping them and burning them alive.
