The entire movie is based around sex. The main evil person makes men impotent and Flesh needs to save the day and allow men to have erections again so that the horny women of the planet can be sexually satisfied again. Most of the men and all of the women run around in skimpy outfits showing breasts, side cleavage, buttocks, backs and thighs. Many of the props throughout the movie are phallic-shaped and some of them squirt various fluids. There are many things shaped like breasts and nipples as well. There is a lot of discussion of sex (including oral), and quite a lot of groping and moaning.

During some scenes, women are fully nude and pubic hair and some labia are visible. Some male butts and brief flashes of penises are visible.

Some fighting with monsters. One man is tortured and punched a lot, with blood on his face and body. It is implied that one man is stabbed with a sword.

Lots of swearing, mostly the "f" word, frequently as a reference to sex. Some religious epithets.

Some cigarette smoking.

The singing turds will probably frighten some.

the sex acts are disgusting, but very fake and they are done in a very comical matter.
