Two young boys read nudie magazines little if any nudity shown. Heather Locklear spends most of the movie walking around very scantily clad. Other women are dressed sexy showing cleavage. A supposed fantasy sequence in which a man and a woman make love discreetly (no nudity).

Not too gory and much of the film is campy but there was a lot of shooting at least one person shot to death. A man is blown up by a grenade. Swamp Thing is blown to bits by bullets but comes back to life. A man is trapped in a mansion that blows up and is presumably killed. A monster is set on fire and another one electrocuted. Brief flashbacks to the first film in which Alec Holland was attacked and set on fire.
