Some sexual conversation and humor including a scene where a man trashes his hotel room to make the people listening outside the room think that he is having an orgy and a scene in a general store where a milking machine sucks on a man in a slightly crude manner.

Cannibalism is referenced humorously throughout the film.

A man is murdered offscreen and sliced up. We see several paper-wrapped body parts and one is dropped and we see part of the arm(since it is played for dark humor there is no blood or gore).
