For a few seconds rocky plays a pinball game that has women lying in odd positions

Rocky is shown nude during showering from head to toe. The nude side of him is shown.

Rocky's son draws a picture of his teacher naked, bare breasts are shown.

Rocky Jr. punches a bully. He gains his respect.

Rocky and Tommy Gun fight throughout the climax. Punches, kicks and some blood is included, but not graphic. It lasts 7 and a half minutes.

Tommy Gun punches other boxers as he wins during a montage of Rocky training him.

Halfway through the final fight, Rocky has flashbacks as his brain damage acts up and there is a brief shot of large amounts of blood rapidly pouring down his face.

Tommy Gunn says that his father beat him when he was a kid - he describes it.

Rocky's son is bullied and beat up at school, though this is never graphic.

"Cojones" (vulgar word for testicles in Spanish). 1 use of "bullshit", 1 use of "shit", 2 uses of "bitch", 1 use of "damn", 1 use of "ass" and 10 uses of "hell."

Towards the end of the movie, there is a scene with Rocky's son smoking a cigarette- although he discards it eventually and no real intake of smoke was absorbed.

Rocky Jr. gets bullied a few times.

The climatic street fight is very tense.
