The Bronx War (1991)

Tito Sunshine runs a local Bronx strips club. His sister Rachel is being blackmailed by African American gang boss Caesar demanding to get back the money she stole. Things then turn drastic when a gang war is provoked resulting in a huge amount of casualties.
