During the hostage situation, an innocent young female hostage was brutally murdered by the kidnapper. She was dragged out and shot to death from behind. The kidnapper was trying to make an example and shot her multiple times even as she lied motionless on the ground, and kept shooting at her body until blood was spilled all over her face. Very cruel scene.
