The Joker calls Andrea the "spawn of her father's loins"

Andrea and Bruce kiss passionately in his bedroom. It is implied that they spent the night together as the next morning Andrea is still at Wayne mansion and is sitting outside of Bruce's room wearing different clothes (Bruce's shirt) than the night before.

Andrea and the Joker fight, after he sprays acid at her which melts her metal hooked glove, he punches her three times, knocking her to the ground, as he pins her down she knees him in the groin then kicked him in the face, he then attacks her with a knife wielding robot and an eggbeater, she kicks him onto a table and punches him multiple times in the face, he then beats her with a loaf of bologna and makes his escape by jumping through a window.

The Phantasm discovers a grinning corpse of a criminal with a time bomb attached to its chest, which later explodes.

Batman ambushes a group of thugs by crashing trough a window.

Batman steps on a mostly defeated thug reaching for a handgun, implying the protagonist uses excessive force.

A character is killed when a statue is deliberately pushed above him.

A man dies crashing his car off of a parking garage, trying to outrun an attacker.

The movie touches upon with Bruce Wayne's psychological issues. (a topic that is not touched upon in great detail in any of the live action movies).

A character is seen kneeling and pleading at a grave, might be intense for children.

The movie implies corrupted elected officials, and features a fictional mob gang.

The Phantasm, who appears out of nowhere in a dark misty setting, is a ghastly figure who can scare older kids and teens as well. His voice is frightening and unearthly. He murders a couple of characters in startling ways.

For an animated family film it is fairly dark and at times violent.
