There are many references to things of a sexual nature that are meant to mock singer Madonna and her documentary "Truth or Dare".

Medusa wears provocative outfits on stage and sings songs about sex, masturbation and showing off your body. She exposes her "muffin" (rear end) but it is not shown on screen. She dances in lingere. She performs a song while monitors behind her show scantily clad men writhing. She does a strip tease out of a nun's habit. All of these things are played as distinctly UN-sexy and laughable.
