Take the R rating very seriously on this film. While teenagers who have an interest in music and biographies of musicians may be interested this film is not for children of any age. It is a very violent, disturbing, and profane film that can be very unpleasant and hard to watch.

There is a scene halfway through the movie in which a man rapes his wife. The scene happens suddenly and quickly. They are shown from the waist up with no nudity. The scene is quite disturbing.
