Shirley Temple's character uses the term 'p*ss-tosh' at one point. (probably "pish-tosh", not considered vulgar ?)

Occasional use of 'hell' and 'damn'.

At some social occasions (e.g. Dances and parties) drinks are served and some people drink.

The final battle may be considered intense, but the film overall has a sort of campy, lighthearted feel to it.
