No explicit nudity. However, prostitution is a main theme of the movie and most of the female characters in the movie are obviously prostitutes. There are scenes after implied sex and scenes of implied female nudity. Irma is continuously seen in a see-through dress with her bra completely visible. In at least one scene several women in their undergarments start to harass a police officer.

The fight sequence between Jack Lemmon and Bruce Yarnell's character, though played for laughs, may be disturbing for some due to the length of the fight, and the nature of the fighting done.
