National Mechanics (1972)

Love, food, sex, and death swirl and mix together into an explosive cocktail when a mechanic (Fábregas) takes his family (including old granny Sara Garcia) to attend a car race. The innocent picnic becomes an exciting feast, but then the old granny dies.
