Catherine Zeta Jones' character sleeps nude during multiple times in the film, although no actual nudity is shown. In an early scene she is shown sleeping naked when Sean Connery confronts her. He then proceeds to interrogate her while she is till naked. In another sequence she is sleeping naked and Sean Connery covers her body with a bedsheet.

The Laser breach sequence involves some amount of sensuality. We see Sean Connery eyeing Zeta Jone's prominent butt as she tries to maneuvre the beams in an elongated sequence.

Throughout the film, Zeta-Jones lies nude in bed (no nudity shown) to try and seduce Connery, though he repeatedly refuses to be in a relationship with her. At one point they begin kissing passionately (clothed), but he breaks off for unknown reasons.

A man is sing smoking a bong at the beginning of the film while talking on the phone. He seems giddy like he's high.. The scene lasts about 30 seconds. People drink at parties.

A few mildly tense scenes. The scene atop the two skyscrapers can be intense, especially for those afraid of heights.
