A brief scene shows one of the older teen characters taking a bath when she's called in to duty. Her chest is clearly seen when she gets out and dries off.

A character who first appeared in one of the previous movies is killed in an accident. A drawn out psychic conversation just before death, between this character and the one who unintentionally killed them, may upset younger viewers and those sensitive to death.
