While no direct nudity or sexual content is shown, you can tell the samuari takes extreme sadistic pleasure in the dismemberment. He states that theirs nothing in this world as beautiful as slowly cutting up a woman. After each scene he picks up the mutilated body part and admires it, and it looks like he's about to lick them each time. He licks the inside of an eyeball. After the dismemberment he is seen smoking, possibly hinting he either had sex with the corpse or had sexual pleasure from it.

A woman`s clothes are cut off, and she is stripped down to her underwear. Nothing is shown.

A woman is captured by an unknown man and tortured.

He injects her so she won't feel the pain or realize what is happening.

He first stabs her.

He then chops off both her hands by slicing through her wrists.

Then her arms are taking off by cutting around the bone and then chiseling through the bone.

Her legs are then sawed off.

Her stomach is sliced open and her innards are pulled out.

Her head is cut off.

One of her eyes is pulled out.

Finally, decaying body parts are seen around the torturer's room.

The samurai captures the girl by chasing her down and eventually knocking her out with chloroform. It is shown in full detail.

The samurai is shown to have concocted an unknown drug that he uses to make the girl be conscious, but feel no pain, even possibly taking pleasure in the pain. He is shown in full detail, injecting the drug in the body of the girl, and the reaction and change of consciousness of her is clearly visible.

The samurai smokes a cigarette after dismembering the woman.

The killer stalks and eventually knocks out the girl, in a dark and eerie scene. May be frightening to some.

The killer tortures the woman brutally, in a disturbing and horrifying way. He describes the blood arising from her mutilated body as a flower blooming, which is very disturbing, because he clearly enjoys what he is doing.

In the final scene, the samurai shows us his "collection", which consists of dozens of mutilated body parts, some more in tact than others, most in a state of rot. Maggots and worms are shown accumulating all over the display. He is shown adding the girl's head to the collection.

At the end of the film, we see the cameraman back on the streets, zooming in on a girl's head, indicating the next victim.
