There's a violent shootout in an office between Hank and Earl and a group of and guys.

Hank angrily punches Earl in the face. Earl later punches Hank in the face in retaliation.

There's a large final shootout, and the two main characters do kill many bad guys, but no blood is shown. Several people are bloodlessly shot, a vehicle crashes, and the whole thing ends when a propane tank is shot and a massive explosion ensues.

Hank gets shot by a bad guy during the final shootout, but survives. Not at all graphic and no blood is shown.

There's a large shootout in a soda factory between two men and a bunch of bad guys. One man is elbowed in the face, and lots of bullets and destruction occur in this scene.

Three gun fights, explosions, and car crashes take place throughout, but virtually no blood. Characters punch each other. A car explodes, one of the main characters cuts a swath of destruction through a police training session, and many characters are shot, but there is practically no blood.

Some of the shootouts can be intense, and the final fight scene is pretty brutal.
