Reisei to jônetsu no aida (2001)

What could have been? Following a set of circumstances and conscious decisions a couple in Japan breaks up. They both end up in Italy soon enough. One works in Florence, while the other is nearby in Milan. One has seemingly moved on, while the other is very much in love and forlorn about the past. Will they meet again?
