Sagishi ippei 7 (2001)

The further adventures of master swindler Ippei and his two partners. In this movie, Ippei's elder partner takes pity on a young struggling artist he finds selling her paintings in a public park. Though his intentions toward her are pure, he comes up with an idea for using her work to get everyone rich at the expense of a gullible art speculator.
