We watch a man drown: he twitches and thrashes, we hear him gagging and then he is still.

A man holds onto the leg of another man who is held by another man, and they dangle in an elevator shaft; one person falls after being shaken off by another person, he is impaled on sharp objects far below and the elevator car falls through and crushes him causing a huge explosion.

A man is in flames and runs around screaming. Flames blow through a passageway (it's a flash fire) and people are engulfed as they try to run away.

A loose wire flips around, it touches a wet floor and several people are electrocuted (we see them jolt and thrash briefly).

A man standing on a girder looks up to see a large piece of machinery falling toward him; the machinery hits him, taking him, and the girder, down.

A woman swimming toward an opening is caught on loose wiring, she is pulled up into a beam, she cracks her head and is knocked unconscious (blood stains the water around her head), and she is pulled out of the water and a man performs CPR -- to no avail.

Windows in a crowded ballroom shatter due to water pressure, water begins to push and pour through, people begin to run and scream, and we continue to hear screaming from another deck until everyone is dead.

A man opens a hatch -- the air pressure created by spinning propellers forces the hatch to open very fast -- and he is hit in the face and his nose is broken (he ends up with a bloody face) and he falls off a platform.
