Unexpected Passion (1990)

Liu He works temporarily for a film crew. After a break-up with his girlfriend, he meets Xiaoqing who just graduated from college. Xiaoqing tells him she has cancer and not much time left. Even though he is dubious, Liu He wants Xiaoqing to enjoy life so he helps finish off her bucket list. When the doctor confirms Xiaoqing's health condition, Liu He feels extremely guilty for doubting her. He decides to help raise money and save her.
