In the kitchen scene there is a charachter who, while under the spell of the Hellphone, stabs herself multiple times and with multiple knives, then she slamms a toothpick into her forehead. As she slumps down to the floor dead we see all of the knives in her body along with a considerable amount of blood. Another charachter is stabbed in the back with an electric knife and then electrocuted while on a rampage with a chain saw.

In a classroom scene a charachter gulps down a hazardous chemical and then immediately bloats with skin shown melting from the chemical reaction.
