Violence is a constant but gore is held to a fairly minimum. Poor acting and fake looking blood make the gore value quite low. The movie starts with a fairly gory scene, but calm down on the up close death. If violence is an issue, don't watch this movie. At least 300 individual death scenes are depicted, just most without very much detail.
