While this movie is an American remake of the spanish film "REC" it's not nearly as scary or bloody as that film

The film maintains a very strong sense of terror throughout, as characters are chased by zombies. The confined space in which the film is set heightens the terror; and the documentary-style adds realism and immediacy to the threat.

Many jump scenes throughout the second two-thirds of the movie.

Quarantine gets more intense throughout the movie.

The ending it's entirely in night vision, very intense and suspenseful.
