There are several sex scenes and suggestive language throughout the film.

In the first scene a woman is seen straddling a man as they have sex. The scene then skips to the man thrusting on top of the woman and his bare buttocks are seen. There is quite a bit of moaning and panting. Later on we see them together in bed and although there is no female nudity it is strongly suggested.

The main character has a love affair with an older woman and we see them passionately kissing in bed and having sex four times, but any nudity is covered up.

The film is very violent and especially one torture scene towards the end is extremely disturbing.

Several killings are shown.

Many characters, especially the lead, are seen smoking or drinking frequently.

The whole movie is extremly violent, dark and disturbing.
