In a couple of scenes, a lot of blood is shown, but there is no particular emphasis on the injuries throughout the film, apart from when a man is shot and blood leaks down his top, and when a dead person is shown covered in blood on a bed.

There is one scene where the words 'randibaaz' and 'barwa' are used. A couple of references to brothels are made in that scene too.

There are a few highly intense scenes throughout. Notably, in one, a man has a heart attack whilst addressing a crowd, and, in another, blood donation takes with background noise from a heart beat monitor in hospital along with doctors efforts to resuscitate the patient. In one scene, a man is shown with blood on his face. There is also one fast paced scene which builds up to an explosion, where two people die. The dead bodies are shown with burns. The sequence is extended as people run in to the side of the dead bodies and music plays in the background, and the remainders of their burnt bodies and the car are shown
