The film is EXTREMELY graphic and bloody; as mentioned above, characters are "fucked to death".

A young woman's head is forcefully pulled between a woman's legs and it is strongly implied that she [the young woman] is choked to death.

A diseased fat man pursues a young woman down a hospital hallway and corners the girl, but is shot in the head by a policeman. Another policeman is shot in the process.

A young man slowly loses sanity and later on pulls a gun on a policeman, shooting his friend and the policeman. He then sits on the bed next to his girlfriend and puts the gun in his mouth.

Extensive use of the F-word, along with many other scatological and anatomical references. One use of the C-word and of the "other F-word" (f***ot).

The whole film is centered on teenage use of illegal drugs. These drugs cause hallucinations, possible drop into a coma, among many.
