Lots and lots of blood and gory zombie faces.

Early in the film people cough up blood.

The F-word is said at least 40 times (mainly comes in spurts). In addition, early on in the film a character wears a shirt that says, "I'd F*ck Me.", which is shown a very good bit, but its just in that first bit of the film.

A male and a female are seen laying on a floor, the floor is covered in colored pills, Several characters are seen smoking cigarettes. The 3 protagonists are seen enjoying a meal with a glass of wine.

Walking rotting corpses are seen throughout the movie.

The walking corpses are very intimidating but they don't really harm people until the very end of the film (like the last 10-20 minutes).
