An extended scene takes place in a strip club. As Paul tries to figure out how to talk to his favorite player, scantily clad dancers proposition him, he and his buddy refuse, but the bare butt of another dancer in the background is shown for an extended period of time, and paintings of nude women are visible on the walls.

In the beginning, Paul grabs a container of lotion and puts it under his sheet, so he can pleasure himself. Paul vulgarly tells his mom about his brother's adultery, and she complains about his problems with sexual self-gratification.

You see rapid movement under Paul's sheets later on, but he stops.

Paul says to the football player that he's his biggest fan, but when he mentions "coming all the way from Staten Island" and about one of his stops, the player reacts violently. He throws him to the ground, punches him in the face multiple times, and kicks Paul while he lies on the ground. The bodyguard attempts to stop the player, but he unleashes his arms out of the hands of his bodyguard, and continues to brutally beat Paul. Paul is later seen with a severe black eye, and has it for the majority of the film.
