The film graphically presents rape and sexual violence.

The rape scenes present amount to around five or six, all of which are very agressive. However, not all of them are shown in length, some are just shown for a few seconds in jump cuts. The first of these shows a soldier pulling his pants down and pushing the woman's dress up. He trusts violently while she screams. No penetration is shown, but it is awfully close to being exposed.

EXTREMELY INTENSE rape scenes are throughout. Not only are they sometimes intensely depicted, but mostly because of the context.

The film contains sustained brutal, bloody and graphic violence using guns, machetes and fire. The victims of the violence include children (including babes in arms) and the elderly.

An elderly woman yells in pain as her legs are chopped off in graphic detail. This is a brief but intense scene.

Many scenes of extremely realistic and emotional violence against innocent people.

The film contains strong language throughout and includes detailed discussions of violence and rape with the threat of disease transmission.

Strong use of "fuck" (about 26 uses).

The main characters are seen drinking and smoking.
