Out of nowhere 2 characters have a sword fight blood is shown from stab wounds and coughed up from mouths. Dead bodies are shown and the event is handled very nonchalantly.

FYI, There is lots of talk about religion and questioning of related principles. It may be offensive to someone looking for a nice affirming religious cartoon about a cat. This is an interesting and often delightful film for older kids and adults.
