Forty-something Jennifer Kaufmann owns and operates a struggling commercial casting office. Each day, Jennifer and her handpicked staff of misfits audition scores of hopeful wannabes. Performers of every age, ethnicity and body type pass through these doors, hoping to land "that one great gig".
