This film has graphic moments, and it is all in a realistic bloody way. You see people get brutally beaten on the head with iron pipes, stabbings, getting brutally beaten to near death.

This is an extremely violent film, one of the most violent films of the last decade. In fact this movie is so violent and dark the Korean film board had to make the director recut the film and remove some of the violence.

Overall this movie is extremely dreadful and dark. There is not a single "lighthearted" scene in this movie. It starts off dark and goes from there.

The cannibal scene may be shocking to some people since it kinda comes out of nowhere.

The stabbing sequence and other instances of violence could be intense for many viewers.

The scene where a man digs through his own excrement could disgust some viewers.
