The film focuses on a couple hiking when the man steps on a landmine and is unable to move. An older man arrives seemingly to help but proceeds to taunt and then abuse and finally rape the woman. Very intense and disturbing plot. There is a high level of tension throughout their encounter which may make viewers uncomfortable.
