Throughout the movie, women with facial deformations are shown on screen non-stop. However this is more emotionally disturbing then actually disturbing (young children may find it frightening, though).

Even though this movie is not very violent in itself, this is still a heavy movie. The descriptions, and just the idea of acid attacks are very emotionally unsettling.
