There is a girl who is tied up to a pole and completely naked. Although she is dead, breasts and genitalia are seen.

A young woman is shown having sex with a young man. She is clothed and the man is thrusting on top of her. His buttocks are seen.

A dead girl is tied to a table and her breasts are seen.

This would have a higher rating but there is not a lot of gore throughout the film. However, when there is gore, it is disturbing and realistic.

A dead woman is strung up on a stake. It is suggested (not shown) that she was skinned and had her flesh torn from her bones.

You see a dead woman laying on a table with her wrists slit. Blood is draining out of her, off of the table, into a pot collecting the blood.

You see a girl marking lines on another dead girl with red lipstick. The lines are supposed to be where they are going to cut her flesh off.

Towards the end, two people are shot, one of which is fatal.

Frank can be seen smoking multiple times throughout the film.

Whenever the family eats the human stew can be very disturbing. Although the food looks completely normal, the idea that it is human flesh is sickening.

There is not a lot of gore, but when it is there it is disturbing.
