The film is peppered throughout with scenes of violence, many involving characters exchanging blows in close combat. Most of the scenes are depicted without strong detail.

However, some of the stronger scenes show the characters being shot with blood spurting.

There is also a scene where a character is seen being choked with a water hose, as well as a character's limbs being broken one by one slowly before he dies from a broken neck.

The film's general tone is tense and contains some suspenseful moments. The choking scene is also very intense.
