Chief Glover of Met Police Cyber Intelligence Unit (C.I.U) suspects a plot to infiltrate his top secret bioconversion technology. He enlists U.S specialist, agent Dexter Hunter, Cleetus Froid, a genius systems analyst and reluctant cop Matt Talk to investigate, but Talk's mysterious past is linked to impending disasters.
