Across the Graveyard (2018)

A 32 year old gravedigger named Lewis is finding life difficult in a long distance relationship with his girlfriend Maya. Unbeknownst to his friends and co-workers, Lewis is quietly battling depression and separation anxiety at being so distant from her. While working at the graveyard, Lewis meets a 75 year old man named Carl, a recent widower, who is struggling with his own issues of grief and loss. The two begin conversing over time as Lewis slowly realizes what he needs to do in order to help himself overcome his own mental illness.
