She constantly is attempting to pull her foot out and is screaming in pain. She eventually grabs the bed where her head is towards and literally shifts her already injured foot in ways it shouldn't go. Quite nasty and violent

This movie is kind of intense.

Very intense. At the start of the movie the girl is running for her life after a man in black is chasing her with a knife, she is later run over and hits her head very badly causing her to lose her memory.
