J. Nigro Sansonese

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Educated at Fordham University, New York, NY (Sc. B 1968) and Brown University, Providence, RI (1970). Taught physics and mathematics for 30 years, retiring in 2012. Worked as a screenwriter and technical writer in Los Angeles 1987-1990. Has had several plays produced over the years. Authored "The Body of Myth: Mythology, Shamanic Trance, and the Sacred Geography of the Body" (Rochester, VT, 1994).
